Healing the Father Wound is not a one-time event.
It’s a relational, layered process that unfolds with time, care, and honest attention.
My coaching offers a grounded, supportive space for men who are ready to explore that process — without pressure, performance, or false promises.

Getting Started
A complimentary Discovery Session
Every coaching relationship begins with a free Discovery Session.
This is a conversation — usually around 60 minutes — where we:
- explore what you’re currently carrying
- clarify what feels unresolved or pressing
- talk through what you’re hoping for
- and sense whether working together feels right for both of us
Many men leave this conversation with greater clarity, even if we don’t proceed further.
There is no obligation.
No commitment is expected at this stage.
Mutual fit matters
I only work with men who feel genuinely ready to engage in this work — and for whom my approach feels appropriate.
Likewise, I need to feel that I can support you with integrity and presence.
If we both feel aligned, we’ll discuss what form of coaching might best serve you.
How the work unfolds
Working with me is:
- relational, not prescriptive
- paced, not rushed
- honest, without being confrontational
- grounded in emotional safety and responsibility
Rather than fixing or pushing, the work focuses on:
- understanding inherited emotional patterns
- developing inner authority and self-trust
- releasing shame, anger, or grief with compassion
- learning new ways of relating — to yourself and others
This is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about becoming more fully yourself.

What this work is — and isn’t
This work is for men who:
- are willing to take responsibility for their inner life
- understand that healing takes time
- are open to reflection and self-inquiry
- want depth rather than surface-level solutions
This work is not for:
- those seeking a quick fix
- those unwilling to engage honestly
- those expecting change without participation or effort
Clarity here protects everyone involved.
